This satellite arrived at this Location Mid June 2003 to replace Optus B3 which has moved to 152E. It will mostly offer Austar/Foxtel Pay TV to Australia and Aurora for Regional television distribution.

Other services are Aus only mostly Pay TV with some signal spillover into other countrys on 3M and upwards sized dishes.
